With Jessie Vargas largest fight just around the corner, on Nov. 5 he’s brimming with confidence that he’ll show his worth to boxing enthusiasts. In a dialogue with RingTV Vargas says that he’s excited that Pacquiao appeared fantastic in his last appearance against Timothy Bradley - that manner when he is beaten by him he’ll get. “Manny Pacquiao’s greatest performance against Timothy Bradley in his three fights was in his last fight,” Vargas said. It was just several months past and I’m joyful he could give that performance. That way folks can see once I get the better of Manny Pacquiao a great Manny Pacquiao that's performing at the maximum degree will be defeated by me. That’s the Manny Pacquiao I need to defeat.”

Vargas (27-1, 10 KOs) seems to be riding high after his knockout win over Sadam Ali for the vacant WBO title in March. Also, he says he’s not at all phased by being in the ring with a surefire Hall of Famer who's the favourite to win. The truth is, Vargas believes he's many advanatages over Pacquiao and he expects using them to all get the win himself.
